The Gospel

Genesis 3:8

Title: They hid from the Lord God

In order for man to attain his full potential as being fashioned in the image of the Lord God, as the keeper of the garden of delight, he had to commune daily with Him, because for this reason he was created.

The Lord kept His part of the bargain, descending to the meeting place although He knew the man had sinned and was unwilling to talk with Him. With all the provisions in abundance in the vastness of God’s plantation, nothing will ever be enough for a living soul whose makeup can only be satisfied by his Creator, and not by created things, unless he responds to the footsteps of the Lord in fellowship, not in guilt and fear of judgment.
