Title: You are free to eat

Freedom is limited.

Because freedom of thought and action was bestowed upon us to lead us to the joy of fellowship with God, only thoughts and actions in obedience to God are allowed and are blessed with eternal significance. This doesn’t mean we can’t do otherwise; in fact we can, but that would be tantamount to rebellion, and rebellion would only prove that freedom, in principle and practicality, always points to submission to God’s rule.
