The Gospel

Matthew 1:23

Title: God with us

God did not put on the nature of man to enhance our physical pleasures and temporal privileges, but to lift us above the cesspool of hollow humanism/worship, to a height of righteousness that is received from the Creator himself.

The Lord is not blessing us where we want to remain earthbound, that we might casually exploit life to its fullest. Jesus, the Christ, became as one of us to open a window to the delight and majesty of life and all creation where they can be fully enjoyed, in eternity.
