It has been said that Christianity is not a failure because it is ineffective, but because it has never been tried, largely because of our testimonies that don’t stand up to our claim to a righteousness from God. We are bearing fruit in all stages of our growth in the faith, the time of backsliding and rebellion included. As the saying goes, “the proof of the pudding is in the eating.”
